What park audio do you think would make a good ringtone?
Keep in mind it can't be any longer than 25 seconds, so pick out a good segment too.

So... yeah, what do you think?

I think the very beginning of the '82 Epcot Entrance Loop would be cool, the forceful 'Energy' start. Another good one would be a segment of the Innoventions Loop, if you could get a good conclusive segment that was the right length.

*Looks through cell phone*

I've got:

They Were Dancing Barefoot (part of the pre-07/04 Illuminations Preshow)

Chaos --from Illuminations

Pink Elephants on Parade (from Fantasmic Preshow)

A little blip from the Adventureland BGM (It's about 3s long--I use it for texts)

Here Comes My Ball and Chain (the version from the Jungle Cruise Queue)

The first four notes from the DL Jungle Cruise Queue (about 1s long-- for IMs)

Manamanah (from the Muppet Vision 3d queue at DCA)

PotC -- Pirate on Bridge with Parrot

Albert Awol "May I have your attention please. If anyone has located a large uncut diamond..." --from the WDW Jungle Cruise Queue

Not really WDW, but I also have the Revenge of the Mummy RV unload audio as a ringtone.

not so much a ringtone but my text message and voicemail alert used to be "please stand clear of the doors..."

i changed this recently to the seagulls from finding nemo saying "mine, mine, mine.." i love it because at the end its got the pelican shouting over the top of the gulls "will you guys just shut up!" i love this as when ever a mobile beeps or rings everyone always checks their phones, but the one which is ringing is "mine!"

I have allways used "Please stand clear of the doors. Por favor, mantenganse alejado de las puertas" as the sound for any form of message recieved such as a SMS, MMS or Email, but as the actual ringtone, I have different ones for different groups, some of the ones that I use are "Feel the flow" from the original Universe Of Energy, "We go on" from Illuminations ROE and the "Exit Medley" from Unverse Of Energy, Ellen's Energy Adventure.

My phone uses MP3's for ring tones so I have made quite a few. Currently I am using the first 30 seconds of Pirates life and my wife is using Circle of life and the Kilimanjaro Safari radio music.

I have the Kids of the Kingdom "Disneymania" for my mom, Fantasmic for my house phone, and Walt's Dedication speech from Disneyland from the firework show "Remember...Dreams come true" from DL. I love hearing Walt's voice and the wishes! music in the background. My heart tugs a little bit everytime it rings. But I just love freeringers.net i could create ringtones all day!!

I downloaded the ringtones from POTC and Small World. Unfortunately, the next night after I did so, my parents were in a car wreck and we were communicating by cell phone on the way down to the hospital, and my phone had just been set to POTC the night before. Mom passed away hours later, so now I associate that night with that ringtone and hesitate to set it back to that ringtone again. :( Problem with the small world ringtone is that, although a pretty song, it is so soft, I can hardly hear it if there is any amount of noise in the background.

It all depends on the type of phone you have and your service. In my case I have a razor which uses MP3's and can connect to my computer via the same cables as my old sandisk mp3 player and Motorola's phone tools software. I cut out a 30 second segment of a song or piece of music using Sony Vegas (free demo available on line) and download it into my phone. Depending on your service some phones will allow you to import files via an e-mail.

I have three that I made myself on my phone now, one is the TTA announcment (Tomorrowland transit authority metro liner non-stop...) and the another is the haunted mansion music and last is Walt himself saying "it all started with a mouse."

At present I have the Fantasmic! exit theme as a MIDI (sounds better than the MP3!) for the general theme, and the Horizons GE finale scene loop as my `quiet` ring MP3. Text alert wise it`s still Tubular Bells or the THX logo audio...

I use freeringers.net. You pay a one time fee and can create unlimitied ringtones or search through their own. The allow you to also burn songs from cds and they give you a short tutorial on how it is does. Its very easy!
