Shucks. Forgot my Ghostbusters stuff - again. :lookaroun
OH! Here's an epic fail! I thought it was all about actual paranormal activity, but failed to realize it's about the film!
:brick::lol:
It actually looks interesting. How scary is it?
Loved it.
Very creepy. Whenever night fell and they went to the night-vision shot, you could almost feel the entire theatre tense up.
Although I must say I hated the ending. There were two previous endings that were shown at various festivals that were much more effective and less "Hollywood."![]()
I disagree.I read about those and I must say, they seemed anti-climactic. The audience seemed to react great towards this ending.
I disagree.
One of those two endings would have been very disturbing and creepy. The film really didn't need a cgi "boo" at the end, and the whole "still at large" nonsense.
Didn't feel true to the rest of the film.
I don't get what you're saying.:shrug:Yes but it would have been like Jaws if the shark didn't blow up at the end.
:lookaroun (if that makes any sense)
I don't get what you're saying.
The ending we have now is like the shark got away after eating Brody and Hooper and is now still "at large" in the sea somewhere.
We'll agree to disagree then.:lol: Yeah but it really completes the film with a big scare. If the other endings had been used, the film would feel like it needed something more.
We'll agree to disagree then.
I'll take a creepy "oooooohhhh" over a big "boo" any day.
That one ending would have kept me up for a while.....:lookaroun
Also, one major complaint I had was the fact that some great tension moments were cut short when the camera switched to the morning.
Granted. The editing was a bit odd....but I guess that was to increase the feeling of it being found footage from a video camera. Can't have it be perfect, I guess.
One thing that I really loved was that strange electronic hum every-time the ghost was near.:lookaroun
