Does anyone else think it was bad planning to have opening EMH on opening day?

Think about it though. Added crowds get mass media coverage. This was planned.

Looks like a great day to ride Dinosaur.
If it's kind of like this when I go (in 6 months!!!), my friends and I should have no problem scheduling our non Pandora time (still planning on Pandora, just doing that first)

Current wait for FoP is 250 minutes. I'm not in the building yet, but approaching. I got in line right around 9 after a 45 minute wait to get into the land.

Does anyone have info about how FOP is operating with the bigger folks? Lots of reports of a large percentage being turned away during the various soft openings.

I bought my limited edition AP pandora magicband, then dipped to Epcot. Those lines are insane.

Line to get into the land starts at the pizzafari, goes back up to the main gate then back around to land itself. I can't even imagine how long it is just to get into the land itself. I got there for early magic hours and it was already backed up that far. I was told by a CM that by 330 am it was already backed up 4 hours just to get into the land, It's insane here.

How long is the wait for the test seat? Maybe it's shorter than the actual ride, say 180 minutes.

Friends who is are non-Disney resort guests fooled that system and were in by 7:15am this
morning.

I hate people who do that. It's not fair to the resort guests who got stuck waiting in Oasis trying to get in.

I'm so happy we went yesterday. We were going to go today, but when I looked at the forum yesterday morning and saw Kman101's message about the soft opening we jumped in the car and were able to walk right into the land and do FoP with only a 55 minute wait. Thank you forum and Kman101.

Why are you so obsessed if it was planned? Who cares if it was planned. I'm assuming Mr. Rhodes and everyone else involved is very proud of all their work. Maybe knowing there would be thousands of people there they thought it would be smart and extend the hours. I'm sure there are a lot of people who are very happy they now get a few more hours at AK
