I think it will open that day now that they announced it or there will be hell to pay. Now whether everything actually works...that's not guaranteed. I'm pretty optimistic on this one.

The contest is for the actual opening date, not the announced one. ROL showed that these are not necessarily the same thing.

As long as it's open by October when my wife and I go to celebrate our 10th anniversary, I'll consider it a win!
