I would think that whatever is tipped on top of anything that may be included will also be shared by the same people you mention.

I think that would be at the discretion of the waiter.

FWIW, we tipped an additional amount but I'm not sure how much it was because my old man handled it. I felt the experience from food quality to especially the service was beyond outstanding. Definitely warranted a nice tip.

I don't have a problem with tipping extra for excellent service. Back in the old days when the tip was included in the dining plan, I still left something more for my servers - they all went above and beyond, especially at the Rose & Crown. Our server there was just fanatistic.

And I can just imagine the level of service you would get at Palo or Remy's based on what I've been reading.

According to Disney's gratuity guide gratuities are included in the cost for Palo.

Yeah but for DCL addicts Platinum Castaway Club members (for example, my entire family), there is no upcharge for Palo. So if we didn't tip, the staff would get nothing.
