Paint the night is not moving to Disney World. Stop bumping this.

In the interview that bigfatpanda did with Dan Cockerell, he said when he left they were looking at something since it would help out with magic kingdom's exit flow to slow people from leaving all at one time after the fireworks.

He also said the 50th at the earliest.

I think this entire thread should serve as a lesson to us all, not just @JustInTime, that very often wild rumors from frontline CM's are very often just that; wild rumors from frontline CM's, and they have very little basis in reality.

It's now Memorial Day weekend 2018 and Paint The Night continues to perform nightly at Disneyland Resort, a new Incredibles float debuts in Paint The Night next month with the new movie and roller coaster, and the earliest timeframe that Magic Kingdom Park will get a new night parade is three years from now, in 2021 for the 50th Celebration.

Correct, but while he said they are looking at options, he goes on to say they actually have an approved any budget for any of the options. When Panda pushes, do you think it'll be here by the 50th, Dan kind of shrugged it off. Especially if you read his body language.

If only they had a bypass or two behind Main Street that they could open every night but often opt not to.

Again. "They don't get it".

Who makes these decisions?

And Disneyland can keep Paint the Night. I know they cling to it because they were in a night parade drought but I never wanted a clone (and it coming never made sense). It fits much better at DCA, it feels 'right' there.

I'm glad we're not getting a clone. And it really never made sense Disneyland would ship their brand new parade to the swamps. Look what we do to parades here ... lol. I mean ...

I'm all for a new parade. Paint The Night is a tad overrated IMHO, but it fits so much better at DCA. I'm really happy they moved it there.

Once Upon a Time is better than HEA anyway, it's all I need to stay in the parks for longer. ;)

Although Tomorrow Disco Land is doing a good job of flushing me out at night.
