We paid off our trip yesterday. We did it a little early (69 days to go), but there's just that happy feeling that you get when trip is paid and you know it's getting closer :sohappy:

Oh the joys of being a DVC member -- don't have to be concerned with this aspect of the visit to WDW. Just purchase some Annual Passes and off we go -- even make ADR's on line now. (Something to consider - especially as the families grow)

Congrats! Isn't such a great feeling? I have 90 days to go. Have the cash in hand to pay off the trip... I think I am going to pay half of the balance sometime next week and the other half next month. Splitting up to make the time go by! LOL! :ROFLOL:

Congrats! It's really a gret feeling isn't it?

We are going to be paid in full this weekend! :sohappy::sohappy::sohappy:

I agree. I use my Disney Visa and charge the whole trip at once...and generally pay it off quickly. But it's such a nice feeling to just go and know it's taken care of. The only thing I haven't bought yet is my plane ticket.

I agree with you on the DVC part, we just look at where we want to stay and use our points. I have been saving a little out of each pay check so that when we arrive I can pay cash for park tickets.

As for the annual passes I cannot see the benefit of those if we only go once a yr.

We only go once a year and have been able to use it for two trips. It depends on the time of year you go -- We tend to go in November/December (December mostly) and we adjust the dates we go to take advantage of the expiration date of the pass. The last day of the second trip is the day before it would expire. Has worked out wonderfully.:sohappy::xmas:
