Over the pond park question.

Ok, for those of you who have traveled over the pond and visited Disneyland Paris, Tokyo Disneyland, or the new Hong Kong Resort...I have a question for you.

This may be a stupid question to most...but I never thought about it until right now.

When there is a show going on...do the characters speak in the native tongue? For instance...in Tokyo, does Mickey speak in Japanese?

Also...if there is a Beauty and the Beast show...does Lumiere speak Japanese with a French accent?

Sorry if it's a stupid question...but it would be funny to see Lumiere with a french accent speaking Japanese or Chinese.

I do know in Hong Kong, many rides and shows are preformed in 3 languages, Mandarin, Cantonese, and English. I do also know that in movies in different languages, characters will speak the appropriate language in their particular accent.
Let me give you an example: Lumiere in Beauty and the Beast in Spanish does speak spanish with a french accent.

When we went to DLP and were walking past the Pooh show, they spoke in French and English, like a mix of both. SO say for example they were singing about pooh and his name

"Bonjour, Je m'appelle Pooh! la la la Hello, my name is Pooh!"
so they repeated themselves, if you get me?
