I think some of you were missing my point. I was pretty much refferring to the OP with my original comment. It seemed he/she was bashing the movie based on it being made by Dreamworks.

Shrek was good. Shrek II was ok. Madagascar was pretty good. Monsters Inc was ok. The Incredibles was good.

My personal fav: Ice Age. :D

I wouldn't say that it's my favorite...but I do agree, Ice Age gets overlooked and, in my opinion, is one of the best (albeit, the animation isn't up to par with Pixar).

Ice Age was a good one. I wasn't too crazy about it after I first saw it, but a couple repeat viewings changed my mind.

I don't think there is a Pixar/Disney film out there that I don't love (although I do resent them quite a bit for putting an end to traditional animation, but I digress :p)

Shrek is my favorite Dreamworks movie. I liked Shrek 2 as well, but the gimmicky nature of it all kinda got to me after a while.

I would call Sharktale complete horse poo, but thats not fair to the horses.

I liked Madagascar a lot actually, but it could've been a lot better.

Over the Hedge was cute, but they could've made it a bit longer (it was only a little over 80 mins long.) It made the whole plot seem kinda rushed.

i just saw over the hedge today and i absolutly hated it. besides the characters themselves i hated pretty much every bit of it. especially the animal cruelty:mad:. true its just animated creatures but there were children in there that were laughing at the fact that the animals were being torchred. i am not a vegitarian or anything but after this movie and seeing what they did to the animals i am seriously considering it.

loved the characters, a few funny jokes, but otherewise

its a waste of your time and money.

dreamworks could've done so much better.

i loved both shrek movies.

bah.

Over the Hedge was not exactly what we expected, but it was funny. We could totally relate with the humans wanting to be rid of the animals, since we have a major issue in our yard with squirrels always attacking our trash when it's out for trash day and leaving nuts all over our yard. Just the other day saw a raccoon get into our trash can. It seems in the last few days we have been getting all the animals (coons, squirrels, cats, possum and bunnies)

heh.my family isthe total opposite of the humans in the movie. we feed the animals :lookaroun. we have two racoons a male and a female who are a couple i suppose. elvis and presilla, then we have an opossum who is called harry posser :p. then about 5 gabillion stray cats. they all have names of course but there are two many to list :D. we just feed them cat food and none of them ever go through our garbage cans or the neighbors...:sohappy:

It was good. I liked it. But of course there are going to be people here with the mentality of "It isn't Disney so it's crap."
