Hypothetically speaking, If someone were to stay at Disney and want to go to another park like, oh say, Universal, how would he/she go about doing that and how much would it cost me... I mean, them.
you could rent a car (Alamo is on Disney property at Dolphin and Car Care Center at MK, with shuttle pick up at your hotel to the location for free), get a Mears cab (roughly $38 according to their website) or go with Mears shuttle service (looks like $13-15), maybe check and see if public transportation can be picked up to take you even (not sure if this is available or not).
Universal 1 day pass according to the website is: $63.00 at the gate, 59.75 online.
SeaWorld 1 day pass according to the website is: $61.95
We took the advice from this board and used Quicksilver. It was in early DEC05. Our driver was very friendly and efficient. It was $70 (plus a $10 tip) roundtrip for the four of us. We were transported in a new Cadillac Escalade. We were dropped off and picked up right in front of IOA.
