So...I guess athletes are better suited to endure the heat, as opposed to us wimpy tourists?

The Olympians are better suited to deal with heat than the typical touist. They are young and in top physical condition.

But that isn't the point. The point is that Orlando isn't precluded based on temps. It's been done in places just as hot.

It would seem that, in the end, you and I are in agreement. This why I attempted to end my post with words of reconciliation. I seem to have failed.
