Opinions on the Menu Announced for "Be Our Guest"

We need time for things to happen.
"Sautéed shrimp and scallops with veggies in puff pastry with creamy lobster sauce"
This sounds appetizing.
I like the whole real dinner plates \ real silver idea..ala Wolfgand Puck Express. (my fave QS)
Im curious how they tackle this with all the MK traffic. That's going to take huge amount of wait staff.
Unfortunately it won't be ready for our late september trip but I'm really looking forward to trying this someday.

Menu selections look fantastic! Looking forward to trying it. Probably won't be open when we go at the end of October, beginning of November this year... So, we might have to wait until next year.

Actually, to me, the CS is more tantalizing than the TS menu, however both look great, but the Croque Monsier is something I definately am looking forward to trying!!!
