Just wanted to get your opinions on restaurants! We are looking to try one of these on our next trip. I have had Cinderella's Royal Table but it has been many years ago. Which is your favorite?

The Crystal Palace has a lot of happy memories for me. It's our go to dinner spot in MK. The buffet food is okay, the servers do a good job and my family loves seeing Pooh and friends. Buffet food is never going to be fantastic, but the Disney food service managers always serve it fresh, at the right temperature, with plenty of options for the kids or the picky-eaters. We never have to worry about upset tummies.

The only table service meal that I've had in MK was a dinner at Be Our Guest. Everything that I tried was excellent. Our service was attentive and friendly. The wine offerings are a plus. The castle ambiance is wonderful!

This weekend we're doing breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table. I'm looking forward to it for the experience of being in the castle. I'm not expecting for the meal portion to justify the price that I pre-paid. I don't think eating there is actually about the food.

BOG - Lunch is pretty good for a QS meal, Dinner is far better
Cinderella's - We've never done
Tonys - We've never done
Liberty TT - we steer well clear of
Crystal Palace - our all time favourite - Breakfast being slightly better than lunch

Be Our Guest is our favorite for food and atmosphere. Liberty Tree has some under-the-radar picks and is a nice and quiet break from the noisy park. Tony's and Cinderella's Royal Table underwhelmed for the food, but you can't deny the appeal of both (straight into the movies!) Crystal Palace is beautiful and Pooh & Co. are some of the cutest characters, but the buffet food is pretty standard IMO.

Not mentioned is Plaza Restaurant. No frills, but one of the best value meals you can get in WDW!

I've eaten at Cinderella's Royal Table, Be Our Guest, Liberty Tree, and Crystal Palace (breakfast). I don't really recall the meals at the latter two as it was a number of years ago. In regards to the two former restaurants I liked Royal Table's more intimate and more "exclusive" feel and setting but I think Be Our Guest had the better food, however, "The Gray Stuff" is overrated.

That is great to know! This next trip, we will be child-free for the day (WOOHOO!). We have definitely been wanting to try a character dining experience with our little ones. Next time we take them, I am going to try and schedule a breakfast there! My two year is quite picky so a buffet is perfect for him. Thank you!

That is great to know! I am leaning toward BOG for sure. It sounds like a winner across the board. I have heard that the Royal Table is the best at breakfast time so hopefully you are in for a treat! If you think about it, let me know how it was.

We would be eating out for dinner this trip so that is good to know about BOG. Did you have a bad experience at Liberty Tree Tavern?

I am glad you mentioned the Plaza. I have a cousin who is a cast member there...I don't know how I forgot it! I have heard it referred to as the "Hidden Gem" of MK. It is pretty small place and we have always had trouble getting in because it fills fast. I really want to try it!

I read that in a review about the "Gray Stuff"...haha. I guess it is more for fun than actual flavor.
