Online check in help please.

I just hung up the phone after 20 minutes on hold waiting for someone to help me until they told me to call back later (now I have zip-a-dee-do-da in my head). Anyway, I thought someone here may be able to help me. I have two rooms reserved. When I sign into Disney.com both reservations come up but I can only do online check in for one. Anyone have this problem before or know what to do?

have never had two rooms but if no other solution is presented on these boards i'd suggest calling back during regular day shift business hours. maybe that way you'll have a little more luck with getting someone who knows what they're doing. another thought is calling directly to the resort where you'll be staying. good luck. we've had one negative experience but the rest fantastic experience with online check in.

The only time I have used on line check in also had 2 rooms I had to do then one at a time but had no issues. I would suggest trying again later and if still you cant check in for the second room call back and ask for a manager. Good Luck!!
