Once Star Wars Launch Bay is ejected from it’s very out of place residency, Animation Courtyard will return to its original function as a land dedicated to the animation of Disney, which is arguably the most important aspects of the company now and in it’s infancy.

After passing through the studio arch, guests will be greeted by a replica of original Hyperion Avenue Studio and upon entering, can dive into several interactive areas including a hands-on movie making area where guests can try their own hand at producing, try funny sound effects for Disney movies, and even participate in dress up.

If guests want to bypass the Making of Disney, a historical show featuring how Animation saved the Disney showing in the old Little Mermaid theatre, they can venture into the Creation Station where guests can draw their own characters to be inserted into famous Disney scenes, lend their voices to villains and heroes, or even try to digitally create Disney Characters.

Taking the place of Disney Jr is And The Award Goes To.., a new dining location that serves as a quick service during breakfast and lunch hours, and then transforms into a sit down dinner featuring character interaction from Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, and Chip n’ Dale all in their formal wear.

This dining location will some of the best Oscar moments in history, Mickey Shorts (both old and new), and every 30 minutes, Mickey and the gang go onstage as part of a tribute to Walt Disney and the wonderfully talented artists that made Disney such a success.

Bonus: This area can duplicated in Disneyland on Main Street.

Sorry, this one isn't as well put together as my previous submissions. My creative bug just doesn't want to play. :grumpy:

Here are the video reviews! I learned today that Hollywood Studios has a lot of streetmosphere shows that can make it very difficult to film in lol.

(It always chooses the goofiest frames as the thumbnails lol)

Honorable Mention

@gonzoWDW
Absolutely great ride! Great use of science puns! Great write up! Just felt like it was in the wrong park. Since the honorable mentions usually go to an idea that excels in one area, but not in another, you're incredible ride was the perfect fit for an HM.

This was really solid and really well done. My only real complaint is getting rid of two shows without adding any new shows. But HS has a lot of shows already so it isn't a huge deal.

Really loved this! Great ride! I'd love to see a full write up of it! Even if I think not every movie listed needs a whole room, still would be great attraction.

This solved one of Hollywood Studios biggest problems (too many dead ends) as well as added some great new attractions. Ambitious and creative yet still realistic feeling. Over all a great idea!

Congrats again everyone! Thanks again for making the season great so far! Only two more prompts left this episode!

Prompt 9
The Penultimate Peril Parade

220px-ThePenultimatePeril.JPG

-Scenario-
This start of the season has truly been a Series of Fortunate Events! With this being the penultimate, a word which here means "second to last," prompt, I feel we should celebrate a great episode filled with truly great contestants, ideas, and hosts (#humblebrag)! And what better way to celebrate than with a parade?

Disney-Festival-of-Fantasy-Parade.jpg

-Challenge-
Armchair Imagineers, your challenge is to create a new parade for Walt Disney World Resort! It can go anywhere BUT the Magic Kingdom. It can be a more traditional parade, a night parade, a play parade, something new that's wild and crazy, whatever kind of parade you want! It just cannot go inside the Magic Kingdom park (unless it is extremely different from current and past Magic Kingdom parades. I'll make an exception for a super creative idea, but other than that nothing in the Magic Kingdom).

-Rules-
You may use between 1 and 3 sentences and up to 1 picture. The deadline will be at 12 noon on Tuesday, March 7th.

And like I said, not in Magic Kingdom unless super creative and new.

-Bonus-
Disney loves to take everything they build and build it again somewhere else. As a bonus, you may use 1 additional sentence to describe where you would add a clone of your parade to one of the other Disney Parks around the world.

The bonus is mostly just for fun and will only effect judging if two ideas are equally good and I need a tie breaker OR if the bonus is exceptionally well done.

-tips-
K.I.S.S - Keep it simple, silly. Try not to over complicate or over think things too much. Focus on the big picture. Don't miss the forest for the trees. All that good stuff.

-Judging Criteria-
Is it creative?
Is it realistic?
Does it fit thematically/visually?

Good Luck everyone! Have fun! Go create!

As always, anyone is welcome to join in. Newcomers, veterans, anyone who wants to propose an idea!

Unsung Heroes
The stars from Disney's (including Lucas film, Marvel's, and Pixar's) non-musical movies all come together to test out their singing chops in this new daytime parade at DHS. Guests are treated a combination of comedy and wonderful surprises, as characters either find their voice or (hilariously) fail trying.
