I'm leaving for WDW on Sunday for the first time in over 10 years. My highly anticipated ride list would be

Expedition Everest (with working yeti :()
Tower of Terror
Test Track
7DMT

Here's the dirty little secret that fanboys don't like to admit...

The "working yeti" barely made a difference. It's annoying that they haven't/can't/won't fix it, but people grossly exaggerate the difference it actually made on the ride experience.

Assuming the granter has magic powers:
MK: Alien encounter
Epcot: OG Imagination
DHS: Mickey and Minnie's RR
AK: Non disco yeti Everest
: D

I think it would be kind of cool if Disney allowed another chain or one-off park to copy the ride and operate it out of nostalgia... and the fact that it was a really good ride. I think that Europeans are a lot less PC than Americans, and would be a lot more OK with a gory and violent ride -- provided that there are giant warnings that it is not a kids attraction. Nemesis is a coaster that drops you over rivers of blood, and its a classic that's been around forever (UK).

But I was also thinking that where Disney messed up was putting Alien Encounter in MK -- the park that's supposed to be geared towards kids. Would have made more sense in EPCOT as they were trying to gear that more towards adults.

There was an alien encounter knock off at Alton called nemesis sub terra. It closed after the Smiler incident. Partially due to that, partially due to being a dud.

We are granted one ride in each park as in, what? We can only ride the one ride, long line and all? Or we can just ride them as much as we want, no lines? Or do we just flat-out own them?

If there's only access to rides operating in the parks today:
MK: Haunted Mansion
Epcot: Spaceship Earth
DHS: Tower of Terror
DAK: Everest

If I can choose any ride that ever existed in the parks:
MK: Haunted Mansion. Though I would seriously consider Alien Encounter
Epcot: Original Imagination
DHS: Tower of Terror but everything actually works
DAK: Everest but everything actually works

Just hang out in Harambe with the music, Marvellous the Elephant Storyteller, and Denis the Carver. It’s the closest I’ll ever get again to Main Street USA of old.
