Today marks the first ever showing of Spring Has Sprung and the beginning of the first annual Disney’s CaliFloral Festival, one of my favorite projects I’ve worked on!
Coming soon to Disney California Adventure is Disney's CaliFloral Festival, a celebration of the vivid flowers and plant life of the Golden State. Inspired heavily by the classic Disney film Fantasia, this Spring celebration runs for about 2 months and brings never-before-seen unique experiences
For a second, I thought you guys were talking about that one storm attraction that used to be at Innoventions or the storm riders ride that used to be at DisneySea lol
I've been completely MIA from this forum for, what, year and a half at this point? And even then I was off for a long time before briefly showing my face. I mainly got busy with school stuff and other friends and didn't really have a creative drive for this. I'm sorry to those that missed me, so here I am. I'm honestly completely unsure what or how much I'm going to do here from here, for all I know I could get lazy and disappear in a week again, but I might try to do a creative project here if I ever feel it, or if there's a comp in the summer I might want to try that out.
Anyway, it's going to be great to see everyone I knew again and to get acquainted with all the wonderful new faces here!
Now does anybody have a guide of all the cool imagineering things I've missed lmao

I'm currently in contact with a few users to shuffle things around a bit and have some new competitions enter the arena, but overall that thread is a great way to see what has been missed, and what's on the horizon.

Well well welly here, gonna keep my eye out for comps from here on! And I'm gonna try and read up on whatever's gone on with the comp this thread is for lol
Dune sweeping the technical stuff was well deserved but made that part of the show very boring haha
I'm honestly bummed LMM didn't get to EGOT status tonight. I'm sure it will happen soon, but Encanto would have been a special one to reach the status with.
Will Smith showing his true colors immediately before winning what was essentially a "cult of personality" Oscar...*chef's kiss* You can't write that stuff. That is just delicious irony. Andrew Garfield was robbed.
I'm so meh on CODA. I love its win from a diversity point of view having some friends in the deaf community, but MAN is it a formulaic "feel good" movie with not a ton to say and pretty average good but nothing special directing. Would have much rather seen the win go to Power of the Dog or West Side Story, or even Dune for a Return of the King style sweep.
