i would love it but i think, for the same reason we don't see Enchanted's characters, when you're talking about live action vs animated, you would have to have the original actor or a dopple for it to work.

Just like how Mary Poppins, Bert and Jack Sparrow appear?

Mary Poppins doesn't appear frequently and is a character that really doesn't have a specific look or characteristic that would be hard to duplicate. Dark hair, red lipstick, cheekbones.

Jack Sparrow is covered in so much dirt, facial hair and make up, almost anyone can be him. BTW the Jacks in the parks still don't look like J. Depp but I'm a fan.

When it comes to OUAT, those characters are in our living rooms every week. We have seen every facial expression, every look, every angle. We have come to "know" them. We know their temperments, moods, and ways of being. To have a CM impersonate them would require so much character research as well as pretty much being a dopple for those actors. I think that's also why the characters from TDC aren't seen at the parks either. TV actors are a lot harder to impersonate. Hell, cartoon characters aren't always done right either. I've seen a bad Elisa and Alice myself. lol

I would LOVE to see OUAT in the parks, esp Regina's queen wardrobe. I just don't see logistically how it would happen

Rumple would work because of the make-up. Though I shudder to think what those leather pants would feel like in the Florida heat.

If not the characters then they need something related to once upon a time. Hollywood studios would be the perfect park. Put some merchandice in a couple of the stores, add some props to the abc commissary, etc.

I don't think the show is popular enough to get any attention inside the parks. As much as I love the love, the mid season finale only had 6.44 million viewers which isn't anything amazing.

We're not talking about making an entire land of it. We're talking more like an exhibit, something small so we can get our fix and maybe it will draw a bit of attention to the show.

Also, head over to the Commissary. They have props from ABC shows, and last time I saw some Once costumes.

I didn't mean an entire land. But still I can almost guarantee that you will never see meet and greet characters/a restaurant/ a ride/anything more than a small display of things to do with Once Upon a Time. It simply just does not get the viewers to warrant it. I love the show myself, but not enough people do for it to get anything at all in the parks. It also goes against the characters that they already have there. You never saw much from Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland in the parks since there is already an Alice and Mad Hatter there. It would be 'bad show' to have two different Snow Whites/Evil Queens, or whoever, in the parks

What if in Hollywood studios an old soundstage building was used to put Storybrooke in the front, and then, via "portal" the back half was back in the forrest (something along the lines of the Jack Sparrow attraction with projected characters)
