But this is on EMH nights which are Tuesday & Thursday not Friday

The day of the week for EMH does change occasionally. It is indeed evening EMH's at Epcot next Friday. (and even tonight)

No problem! A lot of people don't realize it isn't set days all the time. To help out the OP, do you think La Cava stays open late for every EMH night no matter which night it lands on?
Great news! We're meeting friends after we fly in and have dinner in France and would love to enjoy some drinks with them after dinner. Can't beat walking back to our resorts after some adult libations - the BC and the Dolphin.
