Old Park VHS Videos

I was cleaning recently, and came across the follwing VHS video: Marking the Millennium, The Celebration of a Lifetime at the Walt Disney World Resort. This is from 2000, and runs 24 minutes. I've tried to find additional information about this tape to no avail. Does anyone know if this is rare or desirable? I'm not interested in selling it, just looking for additional information at this time. Is there any way to copy these old tapes to DVD?

What other old VHS park tapes are out there that have not yet been released on DVD?

Thanks everyone!

I have a two pack VHS set called "A Day at the Magic Kingdom" and "A Day at Epcot Center". I'm guessing they were made around 1994 or so, since Splash Mountain is featured, and George Bush Sr was in the Hall of Presidents.

Then, I also have a video called "A Dream Called Walt Disney World". It's from 1981, I believe, back when MK was the only park.

I have 'em too!:D

All got them for free at my library..Someone donated them.:D:sohappy:

Hehehe, nice...I can safely say that we ordered them.

I personally love how in all 3 of those videos they show the same guy in front of The Living Seas...

"We've been to Epcot two times now and each time we manage to hit The Living Seas."

HOW ON EARTH do I remember this stuff?! I need help.

I LOVE THOSE!! I know exactly who you're taking about and he's really nasal when he says it.

My sister and I quote those video's liberally to each other, especially when in WDW. My favorite is, "Mickey givin' me my first Mickey huuuug..."

And the great old commercials they have before the videos...

"I'm so glad we didn't wait to come here before she could...walk?!"

We've got the 3 "A Day At..." videos, "The Magic of WDW At Christmas", and a bunch of the old vacation planning videos, and one for the 25th. One is a Disney/GM promoting WOM. Gotta love the Disney of the 90's!

I love that comercial with the baby taking her first steps to mickey! I still cry if I haven't seen it in a while.

Oh and the comercial with the two kids packing for their trip and the older brother is explaining everything to the little brother. I used to pretend pack for trips after watching this and then when we really went I wanted to explain everything to my sister the same way.

We used to have the old VHS tapes but I think my parents threw them away.

I have the old Magic Kingdom and Epcot Center videos with blue and pink packaging that's sort of puffy.

It's all really 80's and you see the same people multiple times. The Epcot Center tape has World of Motion, Journey into Your Imagination and Horizons, plus Communicore.

The wife tried transferring them onto DVD but the tracking looks really wacky.

I had a video from the late 80s but threw it out. I dont own any VHS tapes and haven't in ten years. When DVD came out I toss them all.

Aw, man...I love my VHS! Everyone keeps talking about DVR and all that, but I still prefer to record things to VHS...you can play that anywhere, while a DVR will only play on one specific TV.

I should look at my old VHS more often, I just came across another video: Four Parks - One World, also from 2000, running time 50 minutes.

I can't take the quality of VHS. I don't really like watching vids on youtube either. And I hate video on Ipods. I really dont want to watch a movie on a 3 inch screen.
