Old Monorail Spiel

I've been trying to hunt down the old monorail spiel that we used to hear in the 80s at WDW. I know Jack Wagner's initial English/Spanish bit is still used but I am trying to find the whole thing. My family and I have fond, humorous memories of Wagner's inflection on "Bay Lake," and the suggestion to grab small childen by the hand. I know some sites sell this but i figured i'd see if anyone knew how to find exactly what i'm looking for. (Google and Youtube searches are coming up fruitless.)

Blech! I downloaded the torrent from MouseBit. It had Wagner's original spiels from '72 and the quick "open doors" in English/Spanish, as well as some Disneyland ones, but most of the spiels are the modern ones (delivered by a far inferior "talent")

I'm still trying to find something from the 80s with Wagner. With the complete "open doors" bit, the wistful "Baaaaay Lake" and the "Grab small children by the hand" tag. Looks like i may be out of luck.
