Going to WDW in two weeks taking my son for the first time and I am soooo depressed that he won't be able to see "Back to Neverland" with Robin Williams and Walter Cronkite. He has recently gotten into Peter Pan--he makes me pretend to be Captain Hook so we can "fight". He would have loved that film and also the one they used to show at the end with all the different clips. He is almost three and my wife and I have successfully brainwashed him in preparation for our trip... I know that there is still plenty for him to enjoy and appreciate, but that was one of my favorites.

And that's the way it is....<sigh>

Back to Neverland will shortly be at Disney Central - when I get round to converting it, and hopefully lessening the screen flicker.

Same with The Lottery too.

I'd bet that less than half the members even saw The Lottery with Bette Midler. Heck, that movie was made almost 20 years ago! (Edited from 30 years to 20 years). :D

Last time I saw "The Lottery" was on my honeymoon, in 2000...it was showing as the movie for the backlot tour/behind the scenes tour...

They still have framed photos from the shoot in the Men's Restroom between the Shrunk the Kids and Backlot Tour...don't know about the Ladie's Restroom...

The old Animation and Backlot tours were so awesome.. that was when MGM was so much more enjoyable for me. I loved the old Robin Williams thing (WALTER CRONCAT!)and getting to see the storyboard layouts for different songs for whatever movie they were working on at the time (I specifically remember Zero to Hero and Just cant wait to be King) and the backlot tour used to actually show stuff.

;D And I still remember my brother and I getting to ride on the giant bee from Honey I Shrunk the Kids. I looked SO stupid on the video too because I was laughing and didnt look scared =p I need to dig up a photo of that.
