And they removed the three sauces as a selection. Now it's only peanut sauce. The vegetables have also changed. Broccoli is now mixed veggies with broccoli.

I don't think I like those changes. Loved the salad and the different sauces. I don't really like peanut sauce so having the chimichurri was great.

We were their last week liked the dressing much better and is great if you get the turkey with it. also really only used peanut sauce for pork so that's ok with me. veggies are ok but the noodles are awesome. wish they would bring back the pineapple and Carmel.

Oh no! Love the honey lime dressing so much that I make it at home. I wish they wouldn't mess with something that's good to start with! Hmmm I may just think of a new place to go and eat in September but those Lapu lapus may just be enough to go back. A liquid dinner does sound good. Lol

I wish they would bring back the potatos and the chimichurri sauce. The dressing doesn't bother me because I really didn't like the honey lime anyway. The new dressing doesn't sound all that great either but I'm not going there for the salad.

I cant understand why Ohana cant leave well enough alone. First, they swapped out the DELICIOUS turkey for chicken, and the three sauces were a nice touch despite the peanut sauce being my fav, now the dressing?!?!!?! What's next, swap out the potstickers for pierogies?!?!!?!?

I was so excited to go to Ohana for the first time on my upcoming trip, but the idea of fruit in salad repulses me. Ugh. Why even bother with lettuce if you're going to have passion fruit dressing, papaya, and oranges? The idea makes me gag. I know salad should not make that much of a difference, but I'm a picky eater and at family style restaurants half the food I consume is salad. I'm a lot less excited now :(

Update: I spoke to the head chef on the way out. He said its a test for a coupe of months. Depending on the feedback they will keep it or change it.

An upcoming change is also slated to the bread. It won't be loaf style, soon they will be bun style but with the same recipe. Also, an improvement to the desert. The vanilla flavor is going to be changed to an ice cream flight. Whereas it will come with a variety of different favors.

I am the same way-hate fruit in a salad or fruit flavored dressings! I understand!

I love fruit but cant stand papaya. It's the only one that i refuse to eat. Nasty!! Oh well, as long as the meat parade keeps coming by me on a regular basis I'll be happy.

Honestly, I can't go back ever since the potatoes au gratin got the ax.
But there is a happy ending.
I had potatoes au grating at Flying Fish. Even better than Yachtsman.
Massive portion, perfectly cooked, cheesy kick...best I have ever had.

I never had the pleasure of trying the Honey Lime dressing, but I had tell you the passion fruit vinaigrette is out of this world! I had 3 small helping of salad just because of this awesome dressing. It was truly the best I had ever tasted!
