Well...it just stalled over New Orleans and we are far enough away that we haven't gotten anything at all. One little feeder band a couple days ago. I woke up this AM and go get the paper, the ground is wet...it rained last night. The storm is weakening which means it will get wider and we will probably have a pretty nasty day today.

I barely watch. Especially not the last preseason game!! A friend at work was talking about her friend that's a "huge" Giants fan that wanted to go to last night's game. I said - let me stop you right there - if your friend was a HUGE fan she wouldn't be wasting her time going to the 4th preseason game!! She laughed and said her friend was a totally fake football fan. Long Island is teeming with them. They may outnumber the zombies.

Yeah - you have to come a little further North for truly loyal fans. You wouldn't see Giants fans shoveling the snow off their seats just to watch the game.

I once saw a car with an enormous N-Y for the Yankees that covered the entire back window. Only problem - they put the sticker on the INSIDE of the window so the "N" was backwards. Oh, the irony of the car owner feeling like they were the world's biggest fan and looking like the world's biggest buffoon!!!!!
