BTW my kids have discovered Full House on Nickelodeon (much to my chagrin) and all I can think when I watch it is "hey - I know that guy!!"

His intimate knowledge of human behavior and masterful understanding of the mind give him an extraordinary ability to read people. He has an uncanny gift that makes him able to see patterns and look past people’s conscious emotions to see what lies beneath. However, Pierce is often cursed with schizophrenic hallucinations and less-than-stellar social skills that can often complicate his work. I do actually love this - light jacket weather. Makes you feel alive.

My 8 year old daughter picked out these ridiculous high top sneakers yesterday - they come to mid-calf and are completely covered in black sequins - so I am glad it was warm enough for her to wear them with a skort because you just don't get the full effect in pants.

These are them. They are absurd. Last night she asked if I would get a pair in a different color if they had them in my size. They come in silver, blue and hot pink. I told her I thought they were a bit inappropriate for a grown-up.
