Oh, those poor Ingalls girls...

Oh, so this isn't some kind of whacky, coincidental yearbook photo? I'm glad, as that would have been a little awkward.

Wouldn't you be surprised if it actually was!

Slept 'til 7:30 this morning - that never happens!

I can't convince any of my dorky friends to go see Brave with me today, and I don't want to be the scarey old lady in the back of the theater,so I think I'll work on the prototype for my MNSSHP costume. I might post a photo later.

I want to see that too! Yeah...something about going solo to a kids movie that could be seen as, um, odd, I suppose. Definitely post a photo! I love crafty stuff.

I'll be typing on a computer all day and *trying* to keep my mouth shut.

AND I convinced my co-worker to get Chipotle with me. Score.

I see, how nice. We have one playing Sue Ann Nivens, and the other playing as though she belongs on the cast of Nine To Five. Well, aren't we the sweethearts! Perhaps later on you can both sit down and enjoy a couple of smoothies while chatting about the latest in laundry detergent. Or, perhaps you could plan a little neighborhood Labor Day parade. Wouldn't that be nice!
Meanwhile, I continue to scan the Globe for the ongoing dangers that were first reported by our crack sociologist, luv! In the news today, it would seem that Walt Disney World is in further trouble due to the Rabid Zombie Pioneer Girl problem. According to my reliable sources, their newest venture Splitsville has an ongoing zombie issue. Wait until they open...

All hail the google king.

You KNOW we get off topic when you don't pop in here. It's all sunshine and smoothies until rsoxguy reminds up of our impending doom.

I'm sorry - what was I thinking?

Totally OT (as if we were ever On topic) - I went out cheap-store shopping with a retired friend today, and we nearly got thrown out of one store for giggling too much at the back-to-school shoppers.

Nemo14 - cute but cheeky

I refuse to get any school supplies until we get the list from my kids' ACTUAL teachers. That generic list is a joke. When my daughter was going into kindergarten I bought everything from the generic list and then the teacher list was COMPLETELY different. (8 box of crayons vs 24; thick markers vs. thick, etc.). Not going to go through THAT nonsense again!! Besides...my parents get SO FREAKED OUT I'm not buying anything that THEY have been going and picking things up. (You know, you may not be able to find marble notebooks once school starts...) Yes I will - it's called the Internet. It has everything. I'm not worried.

By the way, I'm a little disappointed that 200 "likes" didn't get me a new trophy. I cleared space on the mantle and everything.
