Hi everyone! I'm one of those infamous DIS-ers y'all keep talking about. 
I've been there for nearly 3 years, but I always feel really overwhelmed on the Community Board. I mostly stick to the Cruise Board, which is small and friendly like this place seems to be. I think that the analogy someone here used of a big city vs. a small town is perfect -- some people are city people and some are smalltown folk. I prefer the latter.
I'm 35, single mom to an almost-6 year old little boy, plus a cat and a large puppy. We're at WDW as often as we can be, usually twice a year, and in a mere 18 days we will embark on our biggest and best adventure yet -- 7 nights in the Eastern Caribbean on the incomparable Disney Magic. I am so way beyond excited!!
Anyways, this seems like a really fun, laid-back place, and that's just what I'm looking for. I'm glad I found out about it.
