Oh My Gosh I am Going to Disney in May and Freaking Out!!!!!

OK, I just got told by my mother that I am going to DISNEY in May for my college graduation w/ my boyfriend!!! I was NOT expecting this! She had been asking me what I wanted for my graduation party, and wanted to have it at a place, but I was just like 'No, I am perfectly fine with having a party in the backyard as usual - don't go crazy!', well, I guess she wanted to reward that, so instead of a big party, she bought my boyfriend and I a 7 day trip to DISNEY staying at POFQ with the Dining plan - normally, we stay for like 4 days in one of the AS's, because we are broke college students. It was a HUGE surprise, and I am barely even able to think enough to actually start planning!!!

Does anyone know when hours for May/June will be posted so I can start making my ADR's??? Thank you so much! I am SOOO unbelievably happy!

I think they usually have the May hours posted by now but they seem to be holding them back.

I would make some ADRs now [if you still can]. Le Cellier, Cindy's Royal Table and others fill very quickly.

Yes, they're upgrading the ADR system. Sometime very soon [I think it's mid-December] they will be switching back to the 180-day window. If they didn't tell you when that is, I'd call daily until it switches... For Le Cellier it'll make all the difference of getting it or not. :shrug:

They won't confirm when the bookings past march 22nd are going to open yet, but the rumor is December 22nd. It's just that, a rumor, but keep checking back to this board and to the thread Monty posted to see.

You can book any 180 day reservations like Chef Mickey and Cinderella's now though.

COngrats on graduating as well as the trip!

One of my favorite things to do in May at the world is the flower and garden festival at EPCOT. My hubby and I love the butterfly garden as well as all of the gorgeous flower displays!

Crowds are so much lighter too! HAVE FUN!!!

We'll be down in May as well! It's been five years since we went during that time of year and I'm so looking forward to it. The F&G Festival makes Epcot look simply beautiful, and the weather is very manageable.

I am eagerly awaiting hours from both Disney and jet Blue. Need to get my planning going! :lol:
