Animaniacs was animated way better than these new Mickey shorts that are animated by former Cartoon Network/Nickelodeon artists...The new shorts have been out for a few months now. They have at least 5 new shorts for the moment...

They are using these characters for the new Ipad game "Where's My Mickey" (Similar to Where's my Water but has some pretty cool new elements to it)

HAHAHAHA, oh my stars and stripes, yes! Hot mess express over there. No one puts any effort into their costumes on Hollywood and Highland. They all look like washed up bums. I've seen a really good Jack Sparrow, an uncanny Michael Jackson (looked, dressed and sounded EXACTLY like him) and a pretty decent Tinkerbell but that's it.

just watched a clip from one of these...i see they were trying to go for a "classic" feel but sort of modern too. I felt like Mickey's voice was kind of different or just didn't seem right as well.

The actor who used to voice Mickey died in 2009 (which you might have known). I thought he was one of the better actors. Plus it was sweet because he was Mickey and his wife is Minnie. Have not seen the new shorts yet, so cannot say what his voice sounds like now, but having grown up with him as Mickey, it's just never gonna be the same.

Since Mickey doesn't say much in this one, the voice didn't bother me...
