ergh...where to start?
This almost singlehandedly defines "frivolity" on Caterpillar's part. It's going to affect sales of your kid's toys?!? Stop watching crappy movies and get back to knocking down trees, f'pete'ssake.
And Disney knows better than this: If you're going to portray a scene which depicts any type of industry or product in a negative way, DON'T use an actually existing trademark representing that industry or product...In fact, don't EVER use an actually existing trademark without permission, not without keeping your lawyers on speed dial.
This is just marked by stupidity all around.
