I don't get it...
This was in the First 50 magical years attraction at Disneyland. According to the sign next to the model, it is the original Sleeping Beauty Castle model. If you look through the gate they have placed a silhouette of Walt to mimic the famous photo of him walking through the castle into Fantasyland . I feel this is essential Disney magic! This is where the magic lives! In the harts of every person who has ever walked through the gates of Disneyland and remembers every moment and can't wait for there next adventure to unfold. That is how Walt felt in his park and in Fantasyland.

I think the confusion came from you calling it a Hidden Mickey when there is no Mickey. It's more like a Hidden Walt, I guess.

That's exactly what it was...I was looking for Mickey going "where is he?" I saw Walt...but no Mickey.

Exactly. The picture is great, but I didn't get the "Hidden Mickey" thing.

Here is my mom's most magical moment of our trip last November. She managed to get a hug from Michael E. Knight who plays Tad Martin on All My Children at Super Soap Weekend. I don't have kids, so I have to find photos of other family members.

OOO Super Soap Weekend is so much fun!
I have a picture like that with Tad as well. Also with Leo (Josh Duhamel), Adam (David Canary), Erica (Susan Lucci), Bianca (Eden Reigel), Greenlee (Rebecca Budig), and Jackson (Walt Willey). I got pictures of Anna/Alex (Finola Hughes), Ryan (Cameron Mathison), Kendall (Alicia Hart), Reggie (Michael Jordan), and Maria (Eva LaRue). I think that's it. We went twice. We decided not to go back after the year they started doing the fastpass thing. That was a nightmare waiting in that LONG line to get one pass to meet only one person and then wait in line for that person too. The first time we went you had to wait in line for each person, but didn't require a fast pass and we were able to meet SO many stars. Once fastpass started we could only see one.
Do they still use the fast pass?

Yeah. We actually liked the fast pass thing better. We can arrive early, get our passes, and have set times to show up. Rather than waiting forever at each spot to maybe get in (since before you weren't guarunteed, at least I don't think). We just started going in 2002, so we just started going the last year it wasn't fast pass. I have pictures of myself with Lindsey Rappaport (Catherine Hickland), Chris Stamp (Jack Scalia), Erica Kane (Susan Lucci), Blair Cramer (Cassie DePaiva), Christian Vega (David Fumero), JR Chandler (Jacob Young), Tad Martin (Michael Knight), John McBain (Michael Easton), Jamie Martin (Justin Bruening), and Marcie Walsh (Kathy Brier). I had a pass for Todd Manning (Trevor St John), but he was a :zipit: and left before he was supposed to and those with passes for the last 10 minutes or so were SOL. And I had a standby for Antonio Vega (Kamar De Los Reyes) but he didn't get that far in his standby line.

We loved Super soap as well. My mom still talks about how great it was that Tad hugged her. Then we saw him the next day in AK and he stopped and talked to us some more. He is such a nice guy. I'm so depressed, because it's looking like we're gonna have to skip this year. :(
