I would think that the graveyard scene at the entrance to the Haunted Mansion is one of the little details that certainly adds significantly to the whole storyline of the attraction. So here it is.

Too many to choose from here, I was going to go for a closeup of a DoleWhip Float, but then figured that that wouldn't truly count. haha

Boy was I torn as to which photo to enter for this one. I have one that shows detail I know most people miss but which helps futher the storyline for a certain location.

And then there is this one which is a detail that people see all the time, but don't realize it and it helps keep the theme in a much more important way.

I don't know if many of you realize but the architecture near the top of Tower of Terror is designed so it blends in perfectly with Morocco; since you can see the Tower of Terror over the Morocco skyline while near the entrance to World Showcase. They didn't want the magic broken, so they blended it. You don't even realize that you are looking at the Tower of Terror. All you see is Morocco.

The screams give it away.

I must have walked past that fountain dozens of times, and I've never noticed Lucifer and the hiding mouse. Very cool!

Same here. I have never noticed that before.

It was the first time I noticed it too!
I have another that was taken to the right of that with the little mice stacked up trying to climb - you can just see that at the edge of this photo.
You'd be surprised what you find when you really take the time to look (and not being rushed by your kids. :lookaroun )

Okay, this was a tough one. I took a ton of pictures of the theming in DAK, particularly of Serka Zhong (Everest area). This is one of my favorites, because not only does it further the story of the Yeti and failed prior expeditions, but it also connects the story of Serka Zhong with the main part of Anandapur (though, isn't it officially the Chakranadi River?)--plus, a Hidden Mickey. This is from a bulletin board near the Serka Zhong restrooms.
