Official Documents Have Arrived!

Our official documents have arrived from WDW!:sohappy:

But, I'm wondering if there's something missing. Enclosed was all of the vouchers for mini-golf, Planet Hollywood, SeaRacers, and hard plastic luggage tags. In a seperate mailing, we recieved our DDE stuff with the yellow tags.

Am I missing something? What all should I get in the mail? I thought I read somewhere on here that someone lost their DDE card that was sent in the mail?

Do you mean DDE (Disney Dining Experience) card or DME (Disney's Magical Express)?

I don't know much about the DDE (but there are many on here that do) but if you were referring to DME, you would receive (separate from your package documents) a DME booklet (with DME vouchers insisde with the names of your immediate party) and the yellow luggage tags (usually 2 per person).

I'm so sorry! All these abbreviations get me confused sometimes. We did recieve our DME package. What I had meant was DDP, for the dining plan. I just want to make sure that we recieved everything we were supposed to and that nothing is missing as this is our first trip. Thanks!

If you received your package information, you will have a page with your reservation confirmation showing your hotel, type of room, tickets, and "extras", as well as your dining plan credits, something that looks very much like this:

You do not get anything separate for the dining plan. When you check in, you hand them your reservation confirmation page, and the dining plan credits are put on your Key to the World card (also known as your room key). You can also link a credit card to your Key so that you can charge pretty much anything inside Disney World to room (with the exception of a some snack carts).

I am glad that someone answered this because I was a little worried when I first read it. We got our stuff in the mail the other day but only the one package. Knowing that this persons second package was for Magic Express (which we are not taking) makes me much more relaxed!

That said- I hadn't told my husband about the discount vouchers so when they came in the package he just about jumped up and down! Haha!:ROFLOL:

I couldn't find where this thread went! So absent-minded am I at times.

I did the same thing-never told the DW about the offers and such. She got excited about the mini golf and Planet Hollywood
