I know the Rosen brand hotels, CLarionLBV DO NOT have resort fees!

Huh, thanks. Is that new? I've noticed the distinction of non-Disney hotels, the Good Neighbor hotels, on the Disneyland website but never noticed it for WDW

Within the past year, I think. At one time Swolphin was just lumped in with Deluxe. But now, they're their own separate category as they added in the other levels of associated resorts.

The Swolphin is indeed listed on the Disney site.
You don't get MBs from the Swolphin. And Disney Transportation includes the parks but not the airport.

My bad - but you can use new/existing MBs. I've taken DME from the Swan before. Is that a new policy?

I could've sworn I took it from the Swan in 2012. I know I dropped off a rental upon arrival, so was without a car.

Looking at their website, it seems they have Mears shuttles, so it must've been that. Hey, even better if you ask me. Might not be free but it's a lot faster.
