Her toned changed so much for that brief instance that it lead my wife to believe that perhaps this girl was putting on a show. That combined with the overheard conversation with the CM led her to believe that perhaps she was doing a study on peoples reaction to people with social disorders. So after all of that, are any of you aware of such things happening at the parks? Could this have been a school project?

Oh no right after her one comment back to my wife she went back to loudly mimicking the video including thrusting her arms into the air and screaming the last line with the video. I would have thought she was Autistic or something like that except for the fact that she did not shy away from my wife when she placed her hand on the girls shoulder. That really led us to believe that it was some sort of experiment or study. Would you think that Disney would sponsor such a study to see how guests react to individuals with special needs in the park?

I was thinking that also. Was she alone or with friends/family? If it was any type of social experiment I would seriously doubt Disney would condone/ be a part of it. Maybe college students doing some research?

LOL. That was what was going through my mind as I was reading it! :ROFLOL:

If she was alone, it most likely was a study she was doing. I once had to inconspicuously follow a family around an art museum to monitor their "art musem" behavior. Obviously without the museum's permission (which of course, you don't need). We joked with our professor and asked if she'd bail us out of jail.

Yeah, I agree. It's pretty uncommon for a person who may be autistic or something to be alone in such a place.
