Hey there,
Can you buy popcorn in a bucket at any resort, the Boardwalk or at Downtown Disney? Or is it only an in park thing?

Thanks!

I've only seen them at the parks. Additionally, until last trip, I'd only seen 1 style (same style at every kiosk at every park) bucket. During December 2012 they actually a different bucket if you bought caramel-corn during the Osborne Lights. Everywhere else had the same Happy Holidays bucket.

Went to BW last year and DTD twice last year, and I don't remember them. Just in parks, all four of them have them usually themed to the land :)
I keep hearing about different buckets, and maybe its because we go during the holidays, but I haven't seen a different bucket the last few times we have been to WDW (November or December). EVERY kiosk had the same bucket, no matter which park or which land.

Last month we did find a different bucket in the Studios for the Osborne Lights. It was similar to the Happy Holidays bucket, but the coloring was a little different.

In 2010 we bought the same bucket in DL in April that WDW had during November.

I have over a dozen different, but have not been able to find but one theme on each recent week long trip. Happy Holidays was the only choice in December (and only 1 choice was available in 2010).

They do change the buckets at some point during the year, and we do get a new one each year, but that is the only option for that trip. Haven't seen multiple options in since maybe the late '90s, early 2000s.

I'm speaking of the standard shaped buckets here, not the $12 Mickey Ghost, or $12 Mickey Christmas (didn't see that Mickey Christmas one this year either!).

To clear up holiday vs. land vs. park buckets....this last trip in September, I got 5 buckets - all different. A little nuts, I know...don't judge. But the point....each park had their own non holiday themed popcorn bucket. Additionally, Fantastic had their own - a really generic looking one that is clear and had stars on it. They additionally had a Halloween themed one - two different kinds - a regular bucket with Halloween design and a ghost shape that lite up. Also - DHS had a specialty bucket that looked like R2 D2. I have a popcorn bucket from each year. And this year, we are not going into a park. NOT that I need any more! Good grief my DH thinks i'm insane but I just wanted to check if they were in park only.

Bravo!! They must switch to the Holiday park bucket before Thanksgiving! We went to EVERY kiosk in MK, DHS, and Epcot this past December and the holiday themed bucket was all that was available.

Not nuts at all!! I would have bought every different standard bucket they had, but could only find the one. Please update if you find any outside the parks.

P.S. I did see the R2 D2 bucket @ Studio Catering Company. I have the generic Fantasmic bucket, got it some time back, as well as the Mickey Ghost.
