NYC Prices are too high!

I'm one of those idiots who just booked themselves on the NYC cruise to nowhere. Inside stateroom for $418/pp. It will definitely be the most expensive weekend of my life, but I have never done a Disney cruise before. I figure this is the cheapest way I can find out if it is worth the extra money for a Disney cruise. I'm well aware I could go away for a lot longer on another cruise line for the same price, but I wanna see what all the hoopla (hoopla!) is about with DCL. :shrug:

Not to poach a cruise thread, but I am glad to see someone else does this as well. Someone said Hoopla the other day and I automatically when Hoopla! and got some strange looks.

I've done it IRL before. I don't even bother trying to explain myself anymore. Most have come to expect a lot of weirdness from me. :shrug:

Oh, and I totally just booked my sister, BIL, their two kids, and myself on the August 5th Canadian cruise too. After talking to her, we figured that we will probably never get the chance to do a Disney cruise out of NYC again so we might as well jump on the opportunity. I may or may not cancel the 2 day cruise to nowhere now...not entirely sure. :shrug:
