Nurse's Trip Day Two - "Truly Terrifying" LOL

HI all:

Ok, so today was day two of Shawn's trip....her first trip ever to the Studios. She called me bright and early this AM and got a reprimand by me for having missed the Spectromagic and Wishes last night at MK because she was so tired but I knew they needed sleep after having gotten in so late the night before.

She called me again just after riding TOT and was breathless and somewhat panicked....she called it "truly terrifying." :ROFLOL:
Her son refused to ride it ever again while her sister and husband rode it four more times in a row. Shawn did it two more times later so it apparently wasn't so bad after all. (TOT is one of my two favorite rides in all of WDW and I had raved about it for months while we were planning.)

They loved RRC and TSM and as I suspected, her teenage son loved LMA show.

They later had lunch at Sci Fi. I had booked that because it is an unusual experience even though I think the food is mediocre. They loved it and thought the food was great!

Because they had gotten a fussing from me this AM, they made sure they saw Fantasmic tonight. I got a phone call from her husband during the performance and he never said anything but held the phone so I could hear the music and the oohs and ahhs from my nurse and her kids. He later texted me to tell me that they all thought the show was amazing and thanked me for sending them on the "trip of a lifetime."

It is things like that that make me so happy that I did this for them.:sohappy:

Thanks for listening!

Thanks for being such a wonderful boss that you booked a trip to the World for your nurse AND then you share the details with us! Win win situation, don't you think???

Great. Sounds like a good time. Glad to hear they are enjoying the food. I always think the experience down there is worth it even if the food is mediocre to the rest of us. Hope they continue to enjoy themselves.
