So far it looking mid 60s low 70s; clouds and sun with rain during my trip. Not too bad. I survived the May monsoon so this will be good. I am packing a cheap raincoat just in case.
Well, In November it should be rainy but the temperatures shouldn't really be cold (thinking of, say, 10º C as not cold. It is relatively cold). I am speaking of Portugal, most specifically of the Porto region.
