Notifications not always notifying since iOS 13

Are you sure that it's not because the number of digits in the notification box exceed the device's screen width?

Seems to be all notifications. Like I didn’t know you’d replied, but when I manually looked at the notifications list I saw monothingie had commented. iOS 13 seems rather buggy with text displays, text editing and the like

iOS 13 is just all around buggy.

If you allow notifications when you download App you get them.
@wdwmagic - since doing 13.2 - I am crashing. The whole page, while reading a thread, is closing, and taking me back to main page. I have went back to safari to be able to read. :-/
