The Segway tour in the Dockyard area is really good. I have done it 3 times now. It is owned by a local guy, and they go to a lot of local places. Last time we did it, it was just us (4 of us) and it was his last tour of the day. We passed by this place that was a shack and he said it was the best fish sandwich on the island. He was like, "Do you want to extend the tour and grab and sandwich and a few beers". We would have hung out with this guy for hours (His stories about how his grandmother is the Pablo Escobar of bed linens on Bermuda were awesome) but our ship was leaving that day and we had to head back.We're doing a glass-bottom boat ride. (We wanted a catamaran snorkel excursion, but there's age limit and my mother-in-law is over the limit
Did you book it as a shore excursion through the ship? Or can you just walk up and sign up?

Maybe too late now, because you are on board, but maybe you are checking posts. When you get off the ship in Dockyard there is a Tourism Center. We usually book it there. They operate out of the old double decker bus parked in the middle of Dockyard but unless you happen to catch somebody between tours, there is usually nobody there.
We book it so there is plenty of time to get back to the ship if something happens

I have said this a number of times. I think:
If you have young kids, a Disney cruise is worth the extra cost
If you are a raving Disney fan a Disney cruise is worth the extra cost
If you are not, then Celebrity is easily a better choice, especially when you factor in the money.
That is my opinion based on 3 DCL cruises, 3 Celebrity Cruises, and a fourth Celebrity cruise booked for this summer.
