I have said this a number of times. I think:
If you have young kids, a Disney cruise is worth the extra cost
If you are a raving Disney fan a Disney cruise is worth the extra cost
If you are not, then Celebrity is easily a better choice, especially when you factor in the money.
That is my opinion based on 3 DCL cruises, 3 Celebrity Cruises, and a fourth Celebrity cruise booked for this summer.
Meet up with the ferret as that's where he was when he last posted in his last TRI look forward to your trip report! What are your plans for Bermuda?
Do you sail out of Bayonne on Celebrity?
Especially since you can stop and pick up an order at Piroshky Piroshky right before you board . . .The week long Bermuda cruise out of Bayonne is a favorite (the one @ChuckElias is currently on)
This summer we are doing an Alaska cruise on Celebrity - that is difficult to get out of NJ, so we are our of Seattle
Being able to drive to the Cruise Terminal in just under an hour and have ample parking is a great thing.
I don't know where that is. I used to work in Linden, I know a lot of Polish delis in that area, but no Russian (I also know where the German Deli / Butchers are)Especially since you can stop and pick up an order at Piroshky Piroshky right before you board . . .
It's right across from the flower market section at Pike Place (and next to $tarbucks #1). Amazing pastry, both savory and sweet types. Worth a stop before a cruise.I don't know where that is. Oh, I saw the Seattle reference and just went there . . .Ah, I thought you were referring to the Elizabeth NJ cruise port.
