I woke up today, grabbed the morning newspaper, went to the sports section, and then fell to my knees screaming...

Heather Mitts suffers a broken leg

NOOOOOOOOOOO!!! It can't be... I won't believe it, I can't! AHHHH! I actually have tickets to go see her game this Saturday... why? Why? WHY?!?! I have the worst luck ever! My poor Heather... :(

If anyone wants me, I'll be over on my rock, weeping.

Funny, Brazil is widely known as the Soccer country, but we don't support women's soccer as much as men's... Then again, if the players were as cute as Mrs. Vince, I'd be SO there! :lol: :lol:

Well, I have an Asian family and they're really big on soccer and the game's kinda grown on me, not as much as hockey and football but I like it. The Women's World Cup in 1999 and the Men's World Cup last year were awesome. I have a Team USA Landon Donovan jersey and game shorts. Hehe. Three or four games of the Women's World Cup will be held in Philadelphia this fall, I may attend it.

I have front row center field tickets for Saturday's game... but no Heather. :(

Unfortunetly, i don't think Mason ever played UF. I'd have remembered her. Reminds me of this one forward we had that transfered to Army, Leigh. Almost as tall as me but couldn't stay on the ball.

And sorry vince... while Mills might be a good defender, i'll take my friend Delucci. I hope she gets a tryout somewhere. Makes more saves than a goalie somedays...
