I'd be really excited about the Boardwalk. The location so close to epcot can't be beat!

Thats why we bought into it, love the location and with out kids, location is everything! They can enjoy the Boardwalk and we can relax and have some quiet time in the evening,
As for visiting Epcot and DHS there is no better place to stay, most of our dinners are in Epcot restaurants!

I found out today that since we were forced to borrow points for the stay (we ended up having to take a grand villa at Boardwalk) we can not put the borrowed points back if we end up getting a reservation at AKV. So, we are just going to bite the bullet and change resorts half way through. I was a little mad at first, but I have somewhere to stay and I am going to WDW for a week. How can I possibly stay mad. I am extremely excited now.

I envy you, grand villa at the Boardwalk, thats one thing we havent done yet, ENJOY!

I am positive that we will enjoy it, it looks like we will live like royalty for a few days. I am not too happy that I was forced to borrow points from my next vacation, but I will get over it. Probably within minutes of entering our room
