My sister had dinner at Ohana tonight and said there was no turkey served - chicken instead. Has anyone else experienced this? Nothing beats Ohana turkey. I would be very disappointed!

I know from eating there in the past that they regularly rotate offerings. It has to do with the availability of the foods and is an attempt to keep it fresh. So I doubt turkey is gone for good.

I understand that, but never realized that turkey had a season.

Shrimp is usually served. There was a period of time where they took it off and put sausage on their instead.

The shrimp was still there, it just wasn't grilled and served on skewers. Instead the shrimp came out in a bowl along with the wings other apps.

The sausage was pretty good while is lasted, but the turkey is my least favorite of all the meats offered as it is always so dry. I would prefer chicken as long as it wasn't overcooked.
