I'm sure disney would be happy to sell any coffee drinker one of their beautiful ceramic mugs from the giftshop. Likewise, I'm sure they would also sell you extra points so that your stay will include a 1 BR or better accomodation stocked with glassware.
How many points would you think would be required?
If you need a ceramic mug that bad just pack one, they aren't that big or that heavy:veryconfu:veryconfu
Glassware will return to studio accommodations
This spring, DVCMember.com reported that, as part of a continuous review of cleaning practices in Disney Resort hotels, leaders determined that hand washing dishware and glassware in Disney Vacation Club studio units wasn't sufficient to meet the company's cleanliness standards.
As a result, studio accommodations at Disney Vacation Club Resorts in which glass-washing equipment is available began washing glassware and ceramic mugs in the glass washers, while stand-alone Disney Vacation Club Resorts switched to disposable cups (since glass washers aren't available at those resorts).
Disney Vacation Club leaders investigated the possibility of installing glass washers at specified locations within the stand-alone properties, and DVCMember.com is pleased to report that Disney Vacation Club will begin installing glass washers at those properties this fall.
Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort and Disney's Vero Beach Resort are scheduled to have glass washers installed by Oct. 1, with installation concluding at Disney's Old Key West Resort and Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa by Nov. 1. The glassware is, in turn, scheduled to return to the studio accommodations at these resorts once the equipment is installed.
So, when we arrive at BWV next week, what kind of container will be provided for my morning coffee?
...................or should I pack a commuter mug?
