Trip Report No Bug Movie...promise! *COMPLETED*

It is with great excitement I sit here in the Atlanta airport, Disney bound with my middle child. While this is my 5th WDW trip this year (I *may* have an addiction problem...) my DS (henceforth known as Drumr) has not been to the world in 3 years...before MagicBands! Don't feel too sorry for him...his first trip was at age 2 and he has been numerous times since. (Warning to parents of young kids...be careful what traditions you start!)

I had intended to add some final thoughts...better late than never!

All Star Sports ~ Overall, a very positive experience. Clean, comfortable and the bus service was great! We rarely had to share a bus with the other All Stars. A value resort is definitely the way to go when in "park commando" mode and you only need the room to sleep and shower. The food court needs to have more staff at night...while having a "create your own burger" station is nice in theory, it should not take 25 minutes to get your order at 9 pm when there are only 4 folks ahead of you...and then another 10 minutes in line to check out!

Disney Dining Plan ~ Still not a fan. We found ourselves tempted to order the most expensive item to get the best value, even though our plan was FREE! And we typically don't have soft drinks with every meal, yet felt compelled to because the drink was "included." Same for desserts (though we did get to try some things we would not have otherwise.) Instead of making things easier (as many DDPers proclaim), it stressed me out. The main benefit to having the plan this trip was being able to use our snack credits at the Food & Wine booths, which was a good value since those samples are pricey!

MNSSHP ~ Oh, how I would love to experience this event under dry conditions! Since that never seems to be the case (and I end up disappointed), I probably won't go again .

Thanks again for reading!
