Celestial Park, at least in concept, feels so disconnected from the rest of the park. I feel like this is kind of an issue with EU in general, actually, where everything (by design) feels completely isolated, like 4 mini-parks jammed together with a random shopping mall connecting them.

Maybe I'm wrong and it'll impressed in person, but I have no idea how Celestial Park is going to deliver on its theme, except *maybe* at night.
Its intentional. Think of Celestial Park as an intermezzo to clear your "palate" so to speak, as each land is quite different from each other. The hub acts as a neutral area, while still preserving the theme its a land between lands connected by a portal

Oh I think the concept of celestial park and a sort of muiversal hub is fantastic. I have no problem at all with the theming.

The layout I think will cause issues, but the theming is excellent.
I actually think Celestial will help. I think if its beautiful enough it will cause people too hurry less and stroll more from land to land

This seems much slower than I hoped for and not sure the illusion of the track break works while on the ride. I think the track jumping/switching works nicely, but the track jump seems more impressive if you are on the ground watching the carts go by.

The entire ride seems like it was designed with looking cool from the ground as the priority over how fun actually riding it is.

No, I haven't ridden it, and I'm sure it's kind of fun, but clearly it could have been a lot... more.

Yeah, and if it has 2-hour lines, I’ll take a pass.

Walt Disney Word: “We destroyed Maelstrom, we destroyed The Great Movie Ride, we destroyed Universe of Energy, we destroyed Splash Mountain, we’re in the process of destroying DinoLand U.S.A, we’re going to destroy MuppetVision 3D and the Rivers of America. Give us money.”

Universal Orlando: “We built your childhood.”

I cried when I walked in even though I’ve seen it in many pictures. My opinion on Mario Kart has completely flipped after experiencing it in person and I absolutely LOVED all the interactivity. Yoshi is cute and Donkey Kong is fun but could’ve been so much more. I can’t wait until this park is added to annual passes.

Quoting myself because I actually ended up liking Mine Cart Madness.

Yes, it could be longer and needed a third lift hill + finale section.

Yes, it could be a little smoother (but not too smooth, the jerkiness adds to the realism of it being a janky mine cart)

But despite all this, it's fun.

I do think giving away the illusion literally immediately out of the station is a baffling choice though.

Agree with most points. I wish they could just give a bit "more" to DK, but it's fine. My opinion comes from someone who experienced it with very minimal waits, so I can see how someone waiting 2 hours will be severely disappointed lol (I'd argue a 2+ hr wait for 95% of theme park rides will cause disappointment though)

This land is fantastic, just hope they can add some more shade elements throughout.
