Jungle Cruise. It is a completely different ride at night.

The view of the MK from Spalsh Mountain is terrific at night.

Any of the dark rides, like Spaceship Earth or Splash Mountain, are great at night because your eyes don't have to adjust when coming out of the bright sunlight. Splash Mountain seems a thousand times more colorful, and I noticed details in Spaceship Earth that I could barely see during the daytime.

Of course, riding Big Thunder on an E-ride night is the best!

Riding the Monorail into Epcot and seeing UoE and JII lit up. Also the Mexico pavillion because it matches the mood inside better.

IMHO it's all more beautiful at night! I love the way the parks look when they're all lit up...my best Disney memories are the ones after dark!
