I'll jump on the bandwagon. Lets go Lightning!!! Just because my team has failed to win a couple in twenty something years doesn't mean I can't cheer on another deserving team. I hope Philly builds off of their win the other night but let's not forget that was only Tampa's second loss in this years playoffs. They're the real deal and I hope they do well. Robert Esche? Come on. Of the 4 goalies left in the playoffs, Esche doesn't even come close. And to top it all off, the biggest reason Philly won't make it to the big dance, Bobby Clark. You just know he'll screw something up between now and then....

Broudeau has been credited with two. Scored one playoff goal against MTL and CREDITED with a goal that Philly put in their own net many years ago. Hextall actually shot the puck the length of the ice.

Clearly all these guys never dated a woman who's a hockey fan. That'll change ya. I cant believe i dated a few Caps fans.... :lol:

You don't know us Philly fans very well do you? That kind of talk at a Flyers game would quickly find yourself fired off upper deck and you'd find yourself straddling that annoying Lay's blimp that constantly flies around dropping bags of chips to the crowd.:lol:
And just for the record, I don't convey any violence of that type or think it is a good idea.....unless it is against a Lightning fan!!:lol:
And as for being off topic, we've already dedicated 4 pages to a hole in the ground that previous was filled with water! What more is there to talk about? However, rumor has it once it is drained, there supposedly a bottom. However, sources cannot firm this and Eisner was quoted as saying "We plan on bottling the water and selling it in our Disney stores."

I know that Philly is better than the Caps. I was just trying to say that we have come back in the past.
And while I am no crazy in depth hockey guy, I have been a Lightning fan for about 6 years so that puts me back to when we sucked. So don't you dare say that I just started rooting for them because they got good. There was a time that every game I went to we lost.
And on Thursday we'll serve you breahfast, lunch, and dinner.

You came back against the CAPS. Thats kinda like beating up on the Isles and Habs. Not exactly upper eschelon of the league. When you pull that on New Jersey, US or Detroit, i'll be impressed. But youre trying to impress me with beathing the CAPS? Our minor league team could beat the Caps!
Say hi to the Lightning on the golf course for me come next week.... closest thing to the stanley cup theyre gonna get is my photo of it on the other side of the room....

Dave you know as well as I do that this series could go either way. Like I said before the Lightning have come back. But even if(and I use the word "IF" lightly) we lose this series, we have come farther than we ever have. You have to admit we still are one pretty Great hockey team.
